Operating from an integrative perspective, Dr. Blau utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients toward personal growth and empowerment, helping them take control of their change process.
