Chris began his legal career as a corporate litigator, successfully representing clients such as Apple, Hewlett Packard, Amazon, and The Home Depot. During that time Chris maintained heavy involvement in pro bono matters, representing and advising non-profits as to their intellectual property rights and responsibilities, as well as facilitating clients’ journeys through both Massachusetts's Probate and Family Courts and New Jersey's Expungement System. Chris now brings his wealth of litigation experience and exposure to his family law practice, representing clients in a variety of family law issues including complaints for divorce, modifications and removals, and preparation of pre-marital and post-nuptial agreements.

While Chris recognizes the need for court involvement in specific situations, he is a firm believer that the outcomes from alternative dispute resolution models can often be more satisfying for his clients. For this reason, Chris is also a practiced Parent Coordinator (PC) and mediator and strives to facilitate negotiation of agreements outside of the court whenever possible. Chris has facilitated the High Conflict Parenting Program at William James College, and now manages and teaches SDFS’s Intensive Core program.

Chris received his BS from the University of Connecticut; his MS from Western New England University; and his J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to his legal career, Chris actively volunteers in the community and is a sitting member of Canton’s Capital Planning Committee. Prior to law school, Chris worked as a design engineer in the aerospace industry where he designed next generation jet engines for the commercial and military sectors.

Chris lives in Canton with his wife and two children. When he’s not at work Chris can be found spending time with his family or working on his car.

SDFS does not accept insurance and is an approved CPCS Vendor.
