Divorce/Separation Support Groups

Divorce/Separation Support Groups

Overview

The end of a relationship can often bring about feelings of stress and grief as well as a myriad of emotions that may change depending on the day. Adults may also face additional difficulties as a result of the separation, including legal concerns, parenting issues, housing and work concerns, and co-parenting struggles. A divorce support group can help you connect with other people in similar circumstances, share experiences, process emotions, and receive support. At SDFS, we offer online and in-person divorce/separation support groups. These groups are run as needed. Please contact us if you have interest or questions: admin@sdfsmass.com
