By connecting with others experiencing similar transitions, participants can share experiences, gain coping strategies, and find guidance for managing the many changes that come with divorce.

How Can Support Groups Help?

  • Connect with others in similar situations
  • Share experiences
  • Process complex emotions
  • Gain practical support

SDFS Offers:

  • Online and in-person groups
  • Groups for both adults and minor children
  • Sessions run as needed

Cost: Group programs start at $40 per session, but vary on based on the group.
